CHANGE

Unchanged leaders equals unchanged organisations!
1. We should not change just enough to get away from problems, but should change enough to solve them.

2. We should not change situation to improve our lives, but instead we should change our lives to improve our situation.



3. We cannot do the same thing over again and expect different result; when you want something you never had, you have to do something you never had done.

4. Leaders have to change first, because they suppose to lead. You better change when you see the light, because if you only change when u feel the heat, then its too late.

5. You will have to pay the immediate price of change, or else you will pay the ultimate price if you don't.

6. We should not see change as something hurtful, rather it should be taken as a helpful thing.

7. We cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are.

DECIDE now to change; when your change is successful,
you will look back at it and call it GROWTH.
