I have been following wrestling shows since young. Beginning with WWF then WCW towards WWE. Lately I have stopped almost 99% of it since realising it has not contribute much value except for some scripted entertainment.
Instead, I discovered MMA; which I first got to know way back in '94. Mixed Martial Art is a sport where two professionally trained fighter engaged in a ring without being scripted of the outcome. Sometimes a win may be straight from a knock-out punch or some body-locks which forced the opponent to quit in the match.
I am so into MMA till at one time, I joined a trial session of Brazilian Jujitsu. Sad to say it was just too tough for old-man like me. What the academy teach is not so much of how to fight, but its more like how to manage a fight.
At times, running away may be just a solution rather than direct confrontations. I have been controlling my temper so much that I learned it has helped me to resolve many situations. I have know many others who expressed anger in discussions usually ended up sour not to mentioned not getting things done.
Life is stressful enough....its no point adding aggressions to it.
