The past fades away from present and return not
The scarlet leaves dwell within the dusts
What had begun yields no change in the end
The vagabond you still are beyond the clouds
(chorus)
Dukkha.... churns love and vise
It seems futile to escape this karmic fate
Connected but can't remain in contact
Maybe I should believe this is but fate
(end chorus)
Lover left for eternity [fate dissipates]
I alone sit in silence, eyes casting away [may it continue tomorrow]
Flower may wither [I wish]
But it shall bloom [for you]
The love of my life seems [waiting]
Beyond the clouds [I hope]

Anger Management
I have been following wrestling shows since young. Beginning with WWF then WCW towards WWE. Lately I have stopped almost 99% of it since realising it has not contribute much value except for some scripted entertainment.
Instead, I discovered MMA; which I first got to know way back in '94. Mixed Martial Art is a sport where two professionally trained fighter engaged in a ring without being scripted of the outcome. Sometimes a win may be straight from a knock-out punch or some body-locks which forced the opponent to quit in the match.
I am so into MMA till at one time, I joined a trial session of Brazilian Jujitsu. Sad to say it was just too tough for old-man like me. What the academy teach is not so much of how to fight, but its more like how to manage a fight.
At times, running away may be just a solution rather than direct confrontations. I have been controlling my temper so much that I learned it has helped me to resolve many situations. I have know many others who expressed anger in discussions usually ended up sour not to mentioned not getting things done.
Life is stressful enough....its no point adding aggressions to it.

Overcoming Stress
I read an article about stress by Alan Fairweather the other day.
Alan said, In any situation, there will always be "the way I see it",
"the way you see it" and "the way it is".
For example, if I have to meet someone, I am always on time (the way I see it).
Some people who meet me always turn up late (the way they see it).
It's up to me to make allowances for this when making an arrangement to meet these people ( the way it is).
Dealing with people can be extremely stressful. Other people don't see things the way you or I do and they might never do. Even my closest friends and the person I share my life with, still see the world differently from me. Getting stressed is bad for me and it doesn't change the situation.
The point is, we are all in a world of dealing with people everyday;
and every human being is different. So, don't let anyone "stress you out".
Just remember, they see the world in a different way.

RIP : Chin Boon Jiin
We talked about life around 2 months ago.
He said that he has a vision of doing go-kart business.
On 4 Oct 2008, he passed away due to a road accident in Damasara Jaya area. He's car skidded then apparently run over by an on coming car.

I was at the wake ceremony. The family arranged grand-scale prayers.
Everyone was so silently sad......
After cremation today; some of the ashes will be kept in
Tibet and part of it in Kepong.
He was only 19 years old.
Rest in Peace.

Life
Life has always been stressful.
The road to success is always under constructions.
Attend to the things you fear most,
for it will still come back to you if its not resolved.
Dear friends......
feel free to leave some comments....
Thank you.
